Margaret E. Garner is an experienced trial and appellate attorney representing individuals, families, and businesses in complex civil litigation throughout Florida, including property insurance disputes, personal injury and premises liability cases, and family law matters. Licensed in Florida since 2010, Ms. Garner has served as lead trial counsel in more than twenty cases and has maintained an undefeated record in civil jury trials.

Ms. Garner also brings extensive appellate experience, having handled numerous civil and criminal appeals, as well as a federal appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Her appellate work includes securing a favorable reversal in Apex Roofing and Restoration, LLC v. United Services Automobile Association (Fla. 1st DCA 2024) and successfully defending a trial court order in Citizens Property Insurance Corp. v. Lammens (Fla. 1st DCA 2025).

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College and graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Law Review and competed nationally in trial advocacy. Ms. Garner is a frequent speaker on insurance law and civil litigation strategy.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Garner is a longtime supporter of the arts and currently serves on the board of Arts Bridge Charity.
